Instead of launching as a one-off IP campaign, Miranima launches as the platform —
with its own original characters, its own community, and a clear runway for licensed IP to plug in later.
Miranima owns the world. PLAY powers it.
The earlier framing made Grandizer the entire project. The stronger structure makes Miranima the host platform — and every IP (including Grandizer) becomes a season inside it.
One IP, one campaign, one-off lift. Miranima ends with no consumer platform of its own.
Miranima Originals launch first as the founding universe. Licensed IP (Grandizer, then others) plug into the same framework as future seasons.
Users enter through Telegram. They collect Miranima characters, use them as identity, join a faction, interact in the community, play, and earn status toward future IP drops.
This loop is the entire Phase 0 thesis. Everything we build serves it.
Miranima characters aren't just items — they become profile cards, faction badges, access passes, and shareable social objects inside Telegram.
We don't rebuild chat. We use Telegram's own primitives — channels, supergroups, faction topics, polls, mascot Guest Bots, sticker search — as the distribution layer.
One lightweight playable loop at launch — a daily challenge, a faction competition, a one-screen arcade. Not a full game hub. A reason to return, share, and compete.
Miranima Originals isn't a placeholder before the "real" IP arrives. It is Season 1 — the foundation of the entire world. It's also what we're primarily selling, so it has to stand on its own as a real character universe.
We move away from "Mr. and Mrs. Miranima." That framing is too narrow to carry a long-term collectible economy and too cute for an anime-first audience.
Instead, the roster is organized around factions, each with both male and female anime characters. This gives players a real identity to pick, gives the universe room to grow, and gives every collector something they can see themselves in.
Indicative direction — each faction launches with paired anime leads (male + female) plus supporting characters. Visuals below are early references generated to set the tone, not final art.

Honor, mastery, restraint. The faction that anchors the universe — disciplined, blade-forward, anime classic with a modern silhouette.

Speed, stealth, signal. The community's pranksters and operators — sleek, kinetic, and built for viral Telegram moments.

Energy, rivalry, the streets. The faction that loves leaderboards, head-to-head challenges, and the dopamine of speed.

Power, scale, legacy. The faction with the strongest natural bridge to licensed mech IP — including Grandizer when it arrives.
The Miranima Card is the user's identity inside the world. A single collectible that doubles as profile, badge, access pass, and priority pass for everything that comes next.
Visual is an early concept reference, not final art.
The Middle East has always loved social competition. Cards, backgammon, arcades, majlis evenings — people in this region come together to play. It's in the cultural fabric.
What anime culture adds is world-building — characters, factions, ongoing storylines, identity you can wear. Miranima is the place those two instincts meet.
Old-school gathering culture. New-school anime universe. A digital majlis with characters, ranks, rivalries, and shared lore.
Telegram's recent release wave makes consumer experiences viable inside the app itself. We lean into the primitives instead of fighting them.
Faction mascots that can be summoned inside any Telegram chat. Tag the bot, get an in-character reply, hype a drop, get a one-tap path back to the mini-app. This is one of the strongest distribution mechanics on the platform right now.
Every Miranima sticker ships with full metadata — character, faction, emotion, action, region, language — so the pack itself becomes an organic growth surface.
MENA-first event voting, KSA-targeted story decisions, faction-specific votes — without blocking global participation in the wider community.
Mascot bots that feel alive and respond in real time. House styles per faction so the tone of voice stays distinct. Treated as upgrades, not MVP dependencies.
Ownership, micro-payments, and reward primitives sit underneath — but the user never feels like they're using a crypto app. They feel like they're joining a fan world.
A sticker, a channel post, an influencer, or a bot interaction inside Telegram.

Telegram-native distribution is necessary but not sufficient. To actually move in MENA, we run a traditional regional playbook on top.
Region-targeted paid social (Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts), anime and gaming creator partnerships across KSA and the UAE, and influencer-led explainer content showing the Miranima Card and faction picks.
Feature coverage with the strongest media outlets in the region — anime, gaming, tech, and youth-culture press. Positioned around the cultural-bridge story, not the crypto story.
A flagship launch party in Saudi Arabia or the UAE (ideally both). Key figures invited. Live, on-stage walkthrough of how the platform works, how to get a Miranima Card, and how the faction system plays out — anchored by the gamers-hub narrative.
The event isn't a product demo. It's a cultural moment. The narrative bridges the majlis / cards / backgammon / arcade tradition of getting together to play, with the anime world-building instinct of building identity and lore. Miranima is where those two meet — and the Telegram-native platform is the kickoff of the movement.
MENA already loves social play. Now it has a home for it.
Old-school gathering, new-school anime universe.
Live Miranima Card demo and faction pick on stage.
Open the bot, choose your faction, become part of it.
Founding universe ships. Factions, Miranima Card, community layer, mascot bots, one playable loop, priority mechanic for next season.
Grandizer launches as the first licensed IP season inside Miranima World. Phase 0 holders get priority access.
Additional anime / racing / mech / fighting IPs plug into the same framework as seasons. No rebuild per IP.
Telegram-native community converts into the audience for Miranima's standalone gaming platform.
Numbers come after structure is agreed. The shape we're proposing:
Phase 0 is judged less on revenue and more on whether it creates a qualified audience that makes the next season stronger.
Each item below is paired with PLAY's recommendation. The intent is to align fast, not extend the conversation.
Confirm Miranima World as the umbrella, Originals as Phase 0, PLAY as infrastructure.
Agree the MVP feature set: roster, drop, mini-app shell, community, mascot bots, playable loop, priority mechanic.
Lock factions, paired male/female anime leads per faction, brand tone, visual references, and approval owner.
First pass on onboarding, vault, Miranima Card, drop, faction page, and priority page.
PLAY locks architecture, bot strategy, payment flow, admin tools, timeline and dependencies.
Prepare Grandizer as the first licensed season inside Miranima World — not a standalone proposal.
